A Short Visit

We had a good visit.  All together too short but what's a girl to do?  The kids had a good time with the great grandparents and that is all that matters.  It is amazing to me how everything changes and yet stays the same in so many ways.  Being in my grandparents house is like taking a step back in time.  You know, back in the days when life was only as complicated as deciding between oatmeal or a soft boiled egg.  How times have changed since then.  Sometimes I wish that life could be that simple again.
